And now the weather!

Today is the day we celebrate the great Industrial Revolution dear listeners while at the same time mourn it. It marks when mankind banded together to make cities to strike back against the near force of nature like tyranny of the colossal machines that roamed the country side. No longer were the seemingly mindless killing machines to plague our tribes and villages. Lobotomized, shackled, their limbs repurposed to assemble lines, their great maws turned to processing material, their metal bodies twisted to serve mankind instead of terrorize it. And with our victory, came our own surrender to mass produced garments and household products. Suddenly we were ruled by commercial need and economics, and we had to create more metal beasts to meet our growing population's needs. For without the rampaging war machines left over from wars forgotten, we became the monsters. Ever growing beyond our own limits.
And now the weather!
